don't up the program if the day after you can't get it up.. Try this for a start workout.. Do 2 minutes hot cloth, after stretch up 3 sets for 15 seconds, and side to side Left/right for 3 sets 15 seconds. Do 5 min tops wet jelging, at 70 to 80 percent errect, the point where the dick is soft but has enough blood to engourge the head. Than do a maximum of 2 minutes girth work any way u want but no more. Finally do 50 kegel squeezes, and take a hot shower. you can kegel while jelgin if u want i do this sometimes. After a coulple of days your dick will get hard multiple times a day and workouts will get better each day. Than u can add more minutes or exercises to the program if u really feel the need to. I have been doing this workout for a little while and its workin well... My opinion weak errections come from over workin the dick.
