But there are times when I don't warm up at all and it's on days that are hot and my balls sack seems to be more loose and bigger because the weather is hot, I don't want up I just go into my workout.
Remember, a warm up can simply be some light stretching in all directions for 5 minutes. This is as effective as any other warm up. After training I like to warm down with a deep tissue massage for 5 minutes.
