there is really so many multiple positions you can do this with!! about 2 years back I was doing a "bridge" ( basically having a main folcrum point at the center being the thickest obstruction then taking to pieces about the thickness of a number 2 pencil and shoving it all the way back to the base and then one as close as you can get to the head with substansial comfortabilty) granted the stretch kind of fucking hurts ,but it is radiculous when you unstrap! Another would be what I call the "over under" (which would be taking both positions took pictures of and combining them with 2 pieces of about the thickness of a number 2 pencil and setting them on opposite sides of the bars about 3-4 inches apart and weaving your penis through the jungle gym)...
