Great to be here, and thank you for all the posts. I have scanned so many this month and they have been very helpful so far.
So I started with PE this month using the PF and QEP. Both have been going well.

Saturday I was able to use the PF for 8 hours between green and yellow with very little discomfort. I just flip side to side every few hours. Yesterday I used only the QEP and have been able to extend it to about my max the last few uses (learning curve). I have only used it for an hour a day in the past then the PF, but yesterday I went about 3.5 hours (not all at once) and was surprised that I was sore this morning. Not terrible, just sensitive and johnny feels a little worn out. When using the QEP yesterday I could elevate the attached device upward toward my belly button, but had to move it slowly since is it was such a tight stretch. I was curious if this is normal when starting out with traction devices or if I should go at a lower tension. Thank you guys for your advice.

I do like the PF app and I use it for time with both devices. I like that it tracks total time logged and average wear time. About 50 hours total in so far.

P.S. Before starting PE I decided to get a Brazilian... very painful, do not recommend. :) Probably going back next month though. Haha!

Zero experience with any of those but welcome to the site.

Adjusting the extender in different ways will cause us to become more difficult to get into that position. But with constant trial-and-error you will get there.

To update. I have switched to manuals once a day for 20 min, then a sili-sleeve. I have not used the QEP for a while but I still use the PF. I've found the most comfortable way to wear it is using a baby wipe folded in half between the ring and the shaft. I am not super consistent with the PF, mainly on the weekends when i do not have time for manuals. You can twist the PF once on and it tends to do a much better job stretching. I tend to retwist and extend after about 30 minutes. Then switch sides 2 hours each with a break in between.

I am up to about 7.25 from 6.75". In the pump I am hitting 7.75". I do not get much time to use it. Maybe once or twice a week if that. I have not measured Girth. That will be my project for 2025. I have the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging 3 but am still not super comfortable with it, that will be something for down the road.

I am not sure how much the PRP injection played into my benefits, but was already gaining before I had it a few months ago, I think in May. Flaccid is much better. Haven't measured but probably around 5. Worst shrivel is to 4 which was my previous longest starting point.
