It’s funny though, even doing them now sitting with my legs crossed, I can feel my asshole is involved in the exercise as well, which isn’t a bad thing I’m guessing. And with all this talk of reverse kegling I’m thinking it’s more than time to integrate them into my routine… I’m thinking while I’m using the BM X30 in the tub.

And yeah man, I mean so far so good… For what I’m able \ willing to do (and spend!) I’m definitely bigger than I was at the beginning of this; but still find myself very much wanting to just get a bit more than where I am now.
