Hi all,

I've seen something interesting that does not seem to be detailed here. If posts exists, just mention them.

It is common sense, and you learn it when you study about signals and mathematics, that the efficiency of a chain of elements is always lowered by its weakest elements.

In a sound process chain, for musicians who record thier music for example, you get most of the noise, hum effects and you loose most of the quality of the sound because of the worst parts of the gears (mic, cheap cables, bad soundcard, etc). Bad settings can be involved also.

Where is the link with PE ? When I jelq or when I stretch at a flaccid state, I see that the skin becomes harder to stretch as I go from base to glans.
The upper I go, the harder it is to stretch the skin.
I can see it by squeezing dick with thumb and index of both hands and stretching the shaft/skin in opposite directions + bending (bending adds stress and bigger constraint).

So I was thinking this:

what if the length gains were not even all along the dick ? What if there was a 'weakest' part along the shaft that would delay the gains and should deserve more efforts?

Expressive stretches help growing the inner & hidden penis, and bring some additional growth. Maybe it is possible to accelerate gains on the shaft with localised exercises.

I have the feeling my gains come from base, where I can pull hard, and become visible at glans, but maybe these length are not even all along the shaft.

I found some exercises that show the plasticity of my skin is far worst as I approach the glans.
So now I use local 'micro-exercises' to stretch the skin & tunica of the upper half of the dick.

- hold the dick with thumb and index of both hands
- stretching the shaft/skin in opposite directions (like bidrectionnal stretches, but only on a small part of the dick, maybe 1 centimeter)
- bend, roll...move the two hand in random directions

I'ls almost like an A stretch, but locally, and you can do it on numerous places all along the shaft.

very good work and yes this is one of the secrets to gains.

its the same if you are working for a side split.

you need to split up every joint and ligament that is part of the side split and isolate them and stretch them out individually.

actually this is also part of my technique with the drumsticks (check them in video forum) as you can focus tension of different parts of the penis.

keep it up mate good job!

yea targeting specific areas of the penis is a very important thing but knowing the right areas where the gains may be is not that simple,i had a similar tought a while ago cause i strugglle whit gains...due to breaks and so on,but if you check Guys like D they found the right exercises, actually he invented them..n he gained quicker than most PEers did back in the day.

Good Idea Trial n Error:) a goo way to learn....

Yes, I bought drum sticks but I find the exercise a bit painful.

Yes, but for the moment I did not see many exercices like this. I'll look in the member section.

Do you have a lengthmaster? I think this would eliminate the need for focused stretching as two arms will pretty much budge anything. And with the handlebars you could do any movement you wanted

Interesting observations, very well thought out! We have really come a long way in our understandings of PE. I think having additional support in the theories I have put forth will help many men start t see faster gains. The idea is working smarter.

working smarter n getting gains quicker:)

That is the whole idea behind SRT, finding the smartest possible ways to gain and heal.

When you think about it there's different ways of gaining length. Pulling out the inner penis or stretching the penis that is already there and having cells fill in the weak parts that have been stretched in order to have it lengthened. This is why gains come very slowly because your stretching efforts can only do so much in the beginning because you're not used to pulling on your penis yet you make quick gains simply because you have never done it before. Once you've adapted the chemical reactions are smaller and thats why intensity is a key component. You need more intensity to grow. This applies to the "weak" parts because if those "weak" parts are not being payed attention to then you can miss on serious gains since they have not been accustomed to your regular intensity in your work outs.

yep intensity is quite important n stretching is way too hard can be scary...specially when the pop sound comes off its a good way to know that the ligaments are getting a good stretching...

Good observations. There is definitely an evolution of changes that happens and I think we are honing in on exactly how this works.

When you start to feel a little 'burn' in the tunica while either stretching or expanding is when you know the cells are reacting to the exercise.

I wonder why it is that when we stretch, different people have different sensations. In your case you say it's a little burn. I find it interesting because I don't feel that.

We all have different area of the penis where skin may be tighter for some than others. There is growth that causes a dull soreness that is indicative of gains. There is ligamental soreness that can be different from man to man due to ligament length. There are many sensations, twinges, twangs and pangs we will all feel for different reasons.

I suppose. That's why I think people have found these websites skeptical because they probably try it and expect to feel the same as the person who made a routine or something. That's how I felt when I started.

twinges tangs n pangs ligaments moving, irritated glans..but is ok We want to be damn massive!!

That is why I urge everyone to read through the first post in SRT on a regularly because there are updates that happen to the 1st post. The ending of SRT, where it goes into what the different exercises we use do is a great lesson in understanding what is happening when you do PE.

How much better can we do to give a positive view on things and give less skepticism? Pictures?

Pictures, videos, endorsements, etc. SRT will become even more comprehensive when we add video to the mix.

Awesome. We still need lots of video demonstrations for many things and videos is something we do need so i can't wait.
