Hello,

I'm putting together a game plan for a serious attempt at PE, and I thought I'd run it by the people here! If I'm missing something or getting something wrong, I'd really appreciate anyone letting me know.

I plan to use the MoS $25 discount to buy:

The LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging (+video membership also included with the $25 discount)
The MoS membership
EITHER the Phallosan OR the SizeGenetics - Penis Traction Extender (As far as I can tell they do the same thing, not sure what the difference is)

I plan NOT to buy:

A bathmate (I already own a Penomet)
MoS DVD (I assume I don't need it if I have the video membership, actually more convenient for me to watch online anyway)

Then I plan to:

Start with DLD's newbie routine and, having used that as a 'warm up' to get myself ready for more rigorous PE, from there into the SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory program.

Welcome to MOS. From what you have written up there, I can tell you have read through SRT and other vital info here. Leave the SizeGenetics - Penis Traction Extender because you won't be able to wear it with as much comfort when compared the to Phallosan. You can wear the Phallosan with comfort and make gains at max tension during the day. If you want to use Phallosan while you sleep, you can do so sleeping on your back and wear the Phallosan at low tension for healing. But Before using the Phallosan at max tension, I would like you to get conditioned for at least 1 month doing the DLD newbie routine.

So here is my advice. Buy the Phallosan and the LengthMaster, and start the newbie routine and do it consistently for one month. Once the 1 month is complete, start using the LengthMaster for at least 20 mins daily and also wear the Phallosan for a minimum of 8 hours daily. With the Phallosan, you have to check the suction cap once in a while to make you the suction is fully intact because the suction reduces pressure over time so you will have to check to increase the suction by pressing it every one hour or so.

Also remember to be doing Kegel throughout the day and also while wearing the Phallosan. Buy the Ace Bandage and always wrap your penis in an elongated state whenever you are not doing PE.

The BathMate is definitely a big upgrade to the Penomet, BathMate keep every current with their pumps, always upgrading while Penomet has remained stagnant. Over the last few years BathMate improved their pumps 3 times while nothing even changed with the Penomet. They have a great product to build on but they simply are not building. The Phallosan is a much better choice than the SizeGenetics but having both also has great advantages when you look into the , But if you choose one go for the Phallosan. The Newbie Routine is a good place to start and I would start it with your LengthMaster, do all basic stretching using the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging. When you feel ready jump into SRT and things will explode!

Thank you so much for getting back to me, Huge! One of the big problems I've had getting started and staying consistent with PE is just not knowing what to do (and so not knowing if what I'm doing is useful or completely pointless). It's excellent that you guys have this community here. :) I will follow your advice here. I work from home (though I have clients in throughout the day) so as long as I can make it sufficiently inconspicuous I SHOULD have the freedom to wear something like the Phallosan all day.

Sorry I took so long getting back to you. I don't know if I'm just trying to log in at all the wrong times or what, but I very often get error messages when I try to access this site. :(

Hey DLD, thanks for the response! Thanks for clarifying the situation with the equipment, too, and of course... thanks for making that site free!! Awfully kind of you, sir. I'll definitely take another look at the bathmate, and go for the rest of the items mentioned. Then I'll start with the newbie routine and get myself ready for SRT. Like I mentioned in the newbie thread, I'll contribute my data (including the best pics I can manage). It's not much, but I hope it helps the cause. :)

Once you start training, do all you can to stay committed and consistent. You will always see meaningful gains every 3months. All the best to you on this joirney bro.
