I found kegeling while in the
Bathmate in the bath worked them really well. Have a good suction, obviously and just lie back in the bath and kegel. This will move the
Bathmate to and from you. To make this more intense I would grip the
Bathmate and stretch outwards while kegeling or bend the
Bathmate downwards to create resistance. I theorise that the
Bathmate also creates internal pressure internally within the pelvic floor area and perhaps around the prostate because at times I would have pleasurable sensation from the area.
