Hey guys, I was wondering if you had any tips and tricks to relieve some of the stress I seem to be putting on the head of my dick with manual stretches? I grip behind the glans, but with the intensity that I am using I am causing quite a bit of fatigue to the head/end of my penis. To be very clear, I am not gripping the head... I have done that before and it creates dark blood spots, almost like blood blisters. I grip behind the glans which seems to be pretty standard. I have tried using toilet paper but that creates quite a bit of friction and redness. Same with soft tissues. I have tried bare hand but the grip is not good enough and I slip. I use baby powder and that seems to work best, but leaves my head dry and still creates issues with how hard I need to grip for my intensity of stretch to prevent from stretching. I have yet to try THERABAND. I also regularly apply hydrocortisone and coconut oil for healing. Any tips or tricks we can discuss here would be helpful to me and others
