Clamping, being a very intense girth exercise, I would give to it's own session. I would then give time to the
Bathmate with the Slow Squash Jelqs as another session. Now, this may be too much in one day so I think the best plan of approach would be to swap days with the routine. This I think will be good in the sense that it will constantly be throwing yourself into a state of "new" exercise. This will also be beneficial to your motivation, when routines vary with good exercise, it allows us to stay more involved. In the
SRT Routine the healing portion is important and in the sense of girth work I would suggest a cock ring, something cheap, to use to keep expansion after training for as long as possible.
