Ok let me first say that I understand the difference between soreness and injury/bad pain.
I have been at this PE thing for only about 3 weeks but I still have lots of soreness at the base of my penis and at the gooch(not sure if I spelled that right)every morning. I always use a heat pad and do light stretching and light cranks to warm up my unit before I get into my heavy stretches and hanging. After warming up I have been doing the newbie routine twice per day with the LengthMaster and hanging. I get great tugs/stretches and it doesn't hurt(bad pain).
I guess my question is that will this soreness go away in time or is that just something to put up with?
