How naive was i, damn it, for really going through with these exercises and now i can't even get an erection anymore without some pills helping me and even after that the the problem still persist because i can't hold it. It's a nightmare and it's been going for years. I've seen many doctors and none saw any problems with it and i'm only 22 years old. 22 years old for Christ sakes, and my penis wasn't even really that bad before i started this ridiculous stuff. It was above average and nice girth too but no i had to go with this childish thinking that bigger is better. Now although i said the website ruined me, i don't blame them. I'm the one who started this nonsense. I see some people have had good results, good for them but for the newbies who are so eager to get big i warn you, better be careful. If you go with it you have a high chance of ending up just like me.

Perhaps you might post a Penis Enlargement work out you did, just so others can compare your regiment to theirs. I would be interested on what you where doing to get that way, exercises, and how many days a week.

If doctors can't find anything wrong then why do you believe you have "damaged" anything?

The Penis Enlargement workout, that i did? wow it was 4 years ago so i really don't remember anything. But i can tell you i was still within in the first stage that's there for the beginners, i think jelqing, stretching, Kegel. I did some clamping also so i guess i took it too far. The state that i am right now it is simply miserable. Oh yea and i used to do it everyday except Saturday and Sunday. My penis started deteriorating within two to three weeks.

Why do i believe i damaged anything? well the problem started right after i was doing those exercises and literally went dead, meaning not getting any response at all, at one time during i was doing them. I made a thread about it in this website at that time. I was just looking for it to show it to you but i can't find it.t

No, i don't go to other PE site.

Again how did you damage something (trauma) but no doctors can find the damage? What kind of testing have they done?

irafreak1, did you read what i said, why do you keep asking me how i damaged it when i answered that before. And how come the doctors can't find anything? Well i don't know, i've seen three urologists so far and they've all come up blank. They checked my testosterone, if any tissue damage, checked if i got diabetes or not, nothing, NADA!!! I came up clear and no it's no psychological stuff.

You're body doesn't just stop working for no reason. You're blaming it on the exercises but it could be coincidence. Stop and think about what you're saying. It doesn't make any sense. Did you're penis just suddenly go limp during a jelquing session? Did it refuse to get up one day after your were stretching that morning? I'm not trying to chastise you or defend this site. My sole purpose is to try to help approach from a different angle than these urologists...by the way, how long did it take to get in and see them?

Alright so I just read all of your previous threads. You had this incident first occur in november 07. It went away after a couple days. You had it again a month later. The question I have is...did you tell the urologist all you typed on those threads?

Physical impotence is very, very rare and when this occurs there is a definitive reason that should be easily identified by a urologist. Mental impotence is a whole other animal. It sounds like you are able to achieve an erection as you stated you can with pills. Understand that if this is the case there is NO PHYSICAL IMPOTENCE. With that said, your issues are coming from a mental source. What happened originally that this started to happen? In many cases a bad experience or a perceived injury set a chain of obsessive thoughts in motion. Now, as long as these thought are prevalent in the mind issues with impotence will continue. Do you have any issues with erections while masturbating? What medications are you taking (including impotence meds)? What are your thought patterns during sex, masturbation or the like? Get me some of these answers and I can see what we can do to help.

The name of this thread is very misleading and presumptuous and if it is ok with you I would like to change the thread name to something more fitting.

Yea you can change the tittle, i didn't mean to tell it that way.

The doctors said it could be mental but i just can't see it being the cause, i just don't. Everything started with the exercises, however, there's something else i forgot to mention. i was also talking Finasteride at that time. You know That pill for people that are going bald and we've heard quite a lot that these pills tend to decrease someone libido, so that could also be the cause. But i didn't use it a lot though, only for two weeks i think but i'm sure that could be enough to do a damage. Right now i'm talking cialis. I also got a milkshake kind of thing for building muscles because i exercise almost everyday. Masturbating, i used to masturbate a lot almost everyday and sometimes twice a day. Now it's just once or twice a week, something like that. I had this theory that maybe i i exhausted my penis because like i said i used to masturbate a lot and adding the Penis Enlargement exercises to it might have just drained everything. And my thought pattern, well i never thought about my problem or anything like that. My focus was always on something else. It's been a year since i had sex though. Oh yea did i say i'm only 22....

yes my penis did die on me when i was doing those exercises and i do think it was jelqing. It didn't get up again until two days i think after that incident. I still had my erection but it was like 60-70 percent. I rested for a while before going back again but after a couple weeks, i think, i started noticing my erection getting really weaker so then i stopped. I was too late though because my penis continued deteriorating. And no it was no coincidence, those things started when i was doing those exercises. I'm not blaming this website for my shortcomings. Besides, stories like that with Penis Enlargement are quite prevalent. I went to my first doctor half a year after that i think. He checked my testosterone and some other things and when the result came up nothing he prescribed cialis. I went to my second doctor in 2009 and the third last month. and yea i did tell them everything....it was quite embarrassing to say the least.

So you are able to become erect during masturbation?

Yes i am, and without the pills the erection is like 50 percent. with the pills i think it's an 80 but i always seem to lose it every time i get up. It's really a strange case for me.

If you have not done this yet with your urologist it may be a good idea:

Urine and blood sugar tests will rule out diabetes, a common cause of erectile dysfunction.

Blood pressure and blood flow in the penis can be checked.

Your doctor may want to perform a test which measure nighttime erections. You’ll be given a band to place around your penis before you go to bed. If you get an erection during sleep, the band breaks. Generally, if a man does not have a nighttime erection for several nights in a row, it’s a good indication that blood flow to his penis is reduced.

Your testosterone level may be checked. A low level of testosterone can cause impotence or erectile dysfunction.

Urinary tract exams and tests can rule out problems with the bladder and urethra, which can contribute to erectile dysfunction.

Your doctor may ask you to take a test for depression, which is a common cause of impotence. Other emotional problems like worry, stress, or fear (see Common Causes above) will be considered, especially if physical causes of erectile dysfunction are ruled out.

If your doctor suspects that depression or other emotional issues are contributing to your impotence, he or she may prescribe medication or refer you to a psychotherapist or counselor for additional support.

Blood flow inside the penis and Urinary tract exams, i didn't do them before but they do sound like something i should see into. Some of the other stuff, i checked them already, blood pressure, testosterone, diabetes. I haven't had a test for depression but like i said i really don't think that's the problem. Nighttime erection i have them but not often and they're always weak erections below 50 percent.

Here are the links to you're previous posts. You said you couldn't find them. Might I suggest reading them as though it's someone else writing them. We're only trying to help.

Yea that's them, thanks. So it did die on me twice, well like i said it's three years ago. I don't remember everything. I even forgot about the vein, and yea it's still here. It appeared when i started those exercises but it's not really a problem anymore.

If you have insurance then I suggest doing the whole list of tests just to be sure. I know the user SUPRA had these test done and they did find an issue with his blood flow to the penis. I will look around and see if I can find his threads on this issue.
