bukkake;620144 said:Thanks for the video. When you take 3 minutes to tighten, doesn't that reduce your total set to 17 minutes?
bukkake;620240 said:Thanks, I'm going to try a thicker wrap. When I started out, I did a thick wrap. It worked for a bit, but I got an injury, so I thought a minimal wrap would be best. It had been working for a bit, but once I tried to adjust the lower gap and also more toe out, it's been more comfortable overall during the hang, but slippage is an issue.

stillwantmore2;620077 said:No, more wrap increases your girth. How are you wrapping and what exactly do you use for your wrapping material/s? Are you able to tighten your hanger more after you hang for a few minutes? Here's a newer example of applying a similar style hanger.

The biggest thing that I learned when wrapping is to be sure the wrap, no matter how many layers, was smooth and without a wrinkle...wrinkles mean pain and pinching. I still use Stillwantmores wrap from the hanging tutorial, one of the best out there.
