I to am uncut & have endlessly tried wrapping & just couldn't workout a consistant result.
In the end I gave up & use the noose on its own, you get used to it over time & now I extend for 4-6hours a day
with 2800g springs. You get a fair amount of discomfort towards the end of the day but at least I not slipping out all the time.
When I 1st used the noose I used to slip out a lot, it takes a bit of figuring out. I try to get my glans as "high up"
the cradle as I can other wise you slowly slip down & out under it.
My tips are
1. Use talc around glans & base.
2. Squeeze in & trap a good amount of blood into glans as you strap in.
3. Use some foam padding between your glans & the noose cradle (helps prevent pinching)
4. Make sure no skin gets trapped under the noose & pinches.
5. Once settled in increase tension.
6. Slowly build up to longer in the
extender.
When I 1st started extending I could barley do 1/2 on the lowest setting 900g wihout bad pain, pinching or soreness.
It takes time to figure out what is causing it & gradually you work out something that eases it.
I now achieve over an hour at 2800g & 4-6hrs a day in 1hour sessions, some days something goes wrong & you can only do 45min sessions.
Don't give up on the wrapping method, I still try now & then.
