Someone may want to correct me here but as I understand it jelq work is the primary key to girth work. Additionally, the
Bathmate isn't a length tool really. You can supplement other length exercises using the
Bathmate but that's not its purpose. I would recommend you hit up the
newbie routine for 30 days while doing some basic
Bathmate work.
The
Bathmate,
Hydromax X40 and
Penomet can be used for length performing DLD Hardcore Stretching. I would agree that it is not conventional but I am finding that things are not as conventional as I once believed. Hardcore Stretches effect internal penis, the 4-9 inches of internal penis all men have. This was dubbed very early as DLD Expressive Stretching which was primarily done with a
PowerAssist or a
LengthMaster. A completely manual version also exists within the Expressive Stretching Thread.
With that said, I agree with neognostic that the
Newbie Routine contains another important part of gaining length, which is traditionally seen as ligamental gaining. This contains the entire spectrum of newbie stretches. This is the second place men gain length.
Lastly, Tunica gains are the third important part of a good length routine. The Tunica, surprisingly, is best stretched through girth work. The Penis, when erect, grows in all directions. The Tunica, a sheath that covers the entire body of the inner shaft of the penis is extremely dense with a elasticity of about 5% making it very difficult to stretch withy traditional methods. Upward stretching is the best manual stretch but it leaves most disappointed with the lack of intensity. The
LengthMaster, when available, give the option of going into the Bundle Chamber, once clamped down, upward stretching becomes very fruitful but manually, it is tough. Doing things like edging, ballooning, Slow Squash Jelqs, pumping, clamping, etc., really any extreme girth work will greatly enhance length gains due to Tunica stretching.
