After reading about the operation of this device and about your experience I have come to the conclusion that the following considerations must be taken into account for its effectiveness and to avoid blisters.

I would like you to confirm that I am right or wrong, or if I am missing something:

-1-2 turns (maximum) is enough to avoid too much pressure.
-Put your glans all the way to the bottom of the cap if you use one or against the silipad2. But we can't use both at the same time
-The crown of the glans must pass the rim of the cup.

I'm also wondering what uncircumcised people do if you don't use the cap and only use the silipad2. Do you use the X-shaped porous tape as indicated in the product instructions?

I have been using the SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger since January this year.

I think 1 turn is more than sufficient. I usually get by with half a turn or less and have no slippage. I wear mine daily all day long and have little to no slippage. I would say more than 1 full turn is territory for getting into blistering and points to your second question.

Need to make sure your glans is sufficiently in the vaccum cup. I do not use the cap, but instead use a sleeve that cover the first couple inches from glans down the shaft.

I use the silipad insert and get semi hard before inserting into the cup. Push with a little pressure into the silpad and make sure glans is completely inserted then roll down the sleeve from cup down the shaft. As long as you make sure to get as little air in the cup during this part, the vacuum created is pretty strong without even turning the screw.

You are correct, crown of glans must be just inside and past the edge of the vacuum cup.

I am circumcised, but I believe that uncut you would want to tape foreskin in the X fashion you reference before putting a sleeve of silicap on.

I'm uncircumcised and don't use either tape or cap. Just tissue paper or absorbant at the tip to prevent high moisture and urine buildup.

Very smart as it will take up excess fluid.
