Hi MOS,
I was wondering if I should start to hang for a few sets per week/ or day. I'm now busting my ass off with the LengthMaster. Is there such a thing as a plateau? And should I ramp up the intensity with the LM? Or start hanging? If I do both, will this cause me to hit a plateau very fast? Or will I make amazing length gains?
I find it very interesting and convenient for me to hang for like 10-20 minutes a day extra with a few pounds. This wouldn't interrupt too much with my studies lol.
Also, I dont have any jelqs in my routine. Should I incorporate some? Like 50 after I finish my routine? I don't really like jelqing. Way too boring lol.
