Hi all,

I just wanted to know if you think my idea to revamp phase 1 sounds good...here is the itinerary:

note: time does not mean continuous stretch; likely done in 1 minute stretches, as a circuit

Day 1: Lateral Tendons Emphasis
Side <3 - 6 minutes
Side (R) - 6 minutes
Down <3 - 6 minutes
Down (R) - 6 minutes
BTC <3 - 6 minutes
BTC (R) - 6 minutes

Day 2: Medial Tendon Emphasis
DLD Blasters - 12 x 5 seconds
Footlong stretch - 12 minutes
BTC (Straight back) - 12 minutes

Day 3: Tunica Emphasis
Basic Upward Stretch - 12 minutes
Bundled Outward Stretch - 12 minutes
TOW Outward Stretch - 12 minutes

All Days: Girth
Phase 2 Girth program
----------------------------------------

I havent gained from pahse 1 in about two months, but my reasons for sticking with it are because I read the last question on Bib's Q&A section for his Bib Hanger Device. It explains how the shortest part of the tendon takes the brunt of the pull on any given stretch. By breaking the stretches into three separate days, it allows a more intense stretch for each part on the day it is stretched, and a complete recovery for the next two days that follow.

Let me know what you guys think.

Hydromaxmm...no thoughts? Well, I noticed a typo. For the DLD blasters, I meant to say 50 x 5-second reps, not 12 x 5-second reps. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Looks good Goldmember. I see you use the jelq device also. How long have you been using it?

Variations are a very good thing. I continually change up my routine just to keep it interesting.

i used the jelq device 20 minutes every day for the past 2 months. No girth gains.

I think i will just move to phase 2, and use the above workout as a post-phase 2 workout, as it is higher in intensity than both phase 1 and 2.
