I notice SRT doesnt reccomend using the LM till your already well in to the program. Will i hinder my results if i use it from the beginning?

And also you said finish it off with 6 min of expressive stretching but is there a routine you reccomend? And do i do the stretching routine later that nightt or do i wear the cockring for 20 min than do the length portion?
