And this is something that happens once or twice in a PE'ers lifetime. After a short time the urethra will become much more able to handle the intensity. The jelq though may not be your best approach to gaining girth. I recommend using the
SLowSquashJelq as you will never bleed because of this (due to the closed end grip) and expansion is obvious after one session. Jelqing for me was something I only did for a short time until I developed other, more effective exercises. Out of them all the
SSJ is best.
Aussiegymguy, don't take it from DLD, he's like the John Snow of PE... he knows nuthin'.
Just kidding.
From my experience, if you started peeing blood you really went way over the edge. The most negative side effects I ever got from jelqing were some red spots all over my shaft from squeezing too hard, but, at its worst, I was able to get back at it after a 1 week rest.
Don't ever feel like you're wasting your time. PE isn't a quick fix. Unless you only want to make your penis larger for that one night, then you need to give it time to cement results, etc. Some results come faster, some come slower. Cemented results will come slower, so you need to commit do doing the exercizes regularly and not worry about the results daily – it's like if you are trying to lose weight; you need to stick to your routine, sometimes your weight will go up a bit, sometimes it will plateau, but if you stick to it, you'll get the desired weight.
So, jelqs are quite fun to do (I prefer the feeling of doing jelqs than the feeling of doing SSJs), but you have to build them up gradually, or you'll mess up your penis. Only after you've accostumed your penis to the exercises will you be able to increase the intensity and then, yes, you will be able to feel what stillwantmore was talking about, that flushness.
In my humble opinion, a
Slow Squash Jelq is like an intermediate/advanced exercise, because it creates a lot of pressure on your penile tissue. Great as it may be to get expansion, if done improperly it can be too much for your dick to handle and thus lead to some undesired time off to heal.
Bottom line, take it slowly and always listen to your body. The results WILL come.
