with the x30, you will likely get gains up to around 8 inch bone pressed, and 5.7 inch girth at the thickest point.
if 5.3 is the thickest part for you, then you can use the x30 till you gain some girth and length, and then upgrade to the x40 once youve reached one of the numbers above

Girth at thickest point is 13.2 cm which is 5.15 inches.

in light of that i would recommend you going with the x30, as you will get roughly 0.5 inch in girth gain and 1.75 inch length with it before you need to upgrade
