I've been using the Bathmate for a total of about 6 months. My routine is very simple. I'll do 3 sets of 10 min or 2 sets of 15 min or 1 set of 20-35 min or some sort of combination along those lines. My pumping sessions usually last for no more than 35 min. I was thinking I could buy some Viagra and try it in combination with the Bathmate. I don't want to get "addicted" to Viagra so I'm thinking I'm gona do a "4-week cycle" in conjunction with the Bathmate. What are some good manual workouts for girth?
