This is what I might have got. I have tried to stroke my palm on my inner thigh, my testicles didn't get lifts. There is no pain when I stroke my palms on my inner thigh.
It is very strange why my penis and balls get shrinkage. And it looks strange the urologist said I have varicocele in the left side with a small lump and he said I may have cremaster reflex that cause my testicles to lifts which I have checked and it is not? ?
I am not sure why my penis and balls get shrinkage. You might know why as you might have seen it alot of times before.

When I stretched my penis and balls, I can feel it get a bit tight but it helps my penis to get bigger and it also helps my balls to get hang lower. It looks strange that my balls get hang lower and my penis get bigger but something don't looks right. I think I may have penoscrotal webbing because the skin get too tight between the penis and the balls that make my penis to go smaller, but I am not 100% sure why this issue is caused. I may have pelvic floor muscles issue that cause this or varicocele could cause those issues that make my penis to go smaller and make my balls to get shrinkage.
I need you to have a look at the pictures to see if you know what it is and why my penis and balls get shrinkage.
I'm getting really frustrating as my penis and balls get shrinkage every time when I'm walking around, running, exercises, bowel movement...etc. The problem only goes away when I lie down. I'm suffering with a weak erection as I have a hard time to get the full erection when I need to. I can only get the erection when I watch the �naked people movies� but it is weak erection. Someone said to me that those issues can be a pelvic floor issues that cause my penis and balls to get shrinkage and also it make me find it difficult to get the full erection. I have been researching and I have found some interesting information that I found on the internet. It said that if my penis gets shrinkage, I would have a hard time to get the full erection unless the problem is sorted. I need to find out what it is so I can get it sorted then I can get back on the PE.
However, someone said to me that I would need to see physiotherapy to get a diagnosis to see if I do have cremaster reflex or pelvic floor muscles issues. Do you think so?
I need to get a proper diagnosis as the urologist I went to see, he was a bit helpful but he was very rude and arrogant. He thinks he is mr know it all and he thinks he knows what is wrong with me when he don't know how I feels and what I went through in this nightmare. He said he would leave the varicocele alone, but it will cause me the mild pain as I can only get this sometimes after when I used the
bathmate I get the mild pain in my low abdominal at the same time I get the pain in my left testicles or I can only get the mild pain sometimes early in the morning.
Let me know if kegels and testicle health massage does helps with tight cremaster reflex to help the muscles to relax, I would be happy to try it out.
Please note that this issue cannot goes on forever as I want to use the
bathmate to treat for my erectile dysfunction which I can't use it right now and my penis and balls get shrinkage so if I use the
bathmate, it may make the issue to get worse so I am really stuck!
If the others read this and if they have a very similar problem or got the same experience of what I went through, please please post this and help me. I would love to know what it is that cause the issue of the shrinkage that make my penis to go smaller and make my testicles to lifts so I would be very grateful to get those issues sorted rather than leave it to later.

I would suggest that the cremaster reflex is simply a side effect of the varicocele. Once this is corrected you should no longer have that reflex that lifts the testes. When you stroke your inner thigh is one of your testes lifting? If so is this painful? If so, this is cremaster reflex and it will go away when the varicocele is corrected.
Kegel are a great thing to do as they strengthen the proper muscles that perform this function. I would get in a Kegel routine every day. Here is the perfect routine:
PC Muscle Fitness
100 quick Kegel squeezes
50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good
sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.
I also suggest a light routine of the Testicular Massage and Stretch, this will also aid in healing your varicocele.
Testicle Health
With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.
