Hey, guys!
First post here but I'm not a stranger to PE anymore. I have been doing my exercises consistently for about 6 months now. Unfortunately I have lost all my gains from 2006 (I think they never actually cemented).
This is my current routine:
Basically doing my exercises 1 day on - 1 day off
->5 min warm up (bath in warm water)
-> 10 min stretches (left -right-down-up-out twice at 30 sec intervals / 30 sec pause)
(watch naked people movies for a while to stimulate and maintain erection)
->10 min jelq at 50% erection
(stroke penis to full erection)
->100 kegels with penis fully erect (usually 4 sets of 25 or 3 sets of 34-33-33, depending on how long I can maintain a good EQ)
-> 15 min pumping @ 7-10 ''Hg (+100 Kegels inside the pump - since January, increasing from 5 mins, 5 "Hg)
->5 min cool down (same as warm up)
I had been going great until a few weeks ago, when I had to reduce my activity a lot because I had a cyst on the back of my penis, which has now healed - I think it was an ingrown hair, not sure. Anyway, I lost a bit of the daily habit and now I have been training more inconssistently, or maybe the newbie gains phase is simply over. I'm not growing at an alarming rate amymore and my penis no longer feels massive when I take it out to pee.
Anyway, I am I happy to report a gain in:
BPEL from 16 cm to 18.5 cm (6.3" to 7.3")
EG from 12 cm to 12.5 cm (4.7" to 4.9") - somewhat disappointing but I know it's harder to gain girth than length.
Now I would like to focus more on girth so that my penis won't look disproportionate (also, nothing says "massive cock" better than a thick one, preferably with a huge head).
Can anyone suggest a good routine for that purpose? Pumping isn't working out as I imagined and I think it's too soon for clamping. I would like to spend no more than 1h daily with my PE sessions.
Thanks in advance.
