I do my PE workouts in the morning and at night. After my workout in the morning I wrap it so it stays elongated. At night I’ve been told not to wrap it because you never know what could happen throughout the night when asleep. Does it hurt my gains to not wrap it after my night session when I go to bed? Has anyone wrapped before going to sleep?
