Hey guys

After you the community helped me with LengthMaster through out the week, I was hoping you could help me with an old stupid injury I got by jelqing wrong 12 years ago.

I remember searching for PE online when I got misinformed about Jelqing or probably misunderstood what was written. So the site said that I should get erect at 50% then jelq with an ok sign from the midt shaft and straight at the head.

The routine was 100 jelqs 1st week, 200 jelqs 2nd week etc. so after the first week I noticed that when I get an erection, the blood flow began from the base to the midt shaft only, I had to stimulate myself more to get the blood circulation from midt shaft to head.

Even when I jelq correctly now, I can immediately feel where the circulation isn't strong. It's like there is no blood going through the last half of my corpus spongiosum.

Has anyone had this problem?

In my opinion, I will say Jelq is a very dangerous exercise. I have gotten a swollen vein from same exercise. I suggest you do Kegel and see if there is any improvement. Don't jelq anymore. Replace it with exercise like SSJ.

Do you use lube or water when doing SSJ?

I actually prefer to go dry, too much slipping makes it hard for me to get a good grip.

Make sense. I assume you don't want a jelq motion if you want to compress the inside of the penis to expand.

Exactly, it is like an accordion, you squash together to cause extreme expansion.
