I am wondering if anybody has a solution for lack of girth gain from using the X30 Xtreme Bathmate. I received the bathmate about 3 weeks ago. At the end of first week I gained 1/4" in length and currently still have the 1/4" in length after about 3 weeks of continued use. For whatever reason I have not seen ANY temporary or permanent gain in girth. I am at 5-1/2” in circumference and was hoping to see upwards of ½ to ¾” increase in permanent girth. I am surprised that I haven’t seen any girth increase as I had read most people gain in girth rather than length. My current erect measurements are 7.5” in length and 5.5” in girth. I have about an inch of extra length room in the X30 Xtreme Bathmate, but I am starting to wonder if the X40 would have been a better size for me for girth increases. When fully pumped I do not believe I am touching the inside walls as I can’t see because of the gaiter material and comfort sleeve however I can see that through the clear portion of the pump and there is about 3/8” on each side of extra room before I touch the inside walls. Before buying the bathmate product I used to jelq about 3 to 5 times a week and that resulted in about 5/8” increase in erect length but I never gained anything in girth which is why I bought the bathmate product. My routine for the bathmate is sitting in a tub of really warm water with Epsom salt and waiting about 5 minutes and then doing 2 sets of 5 minutes starting with about a quarter to half way erect and going to a full pump for the first week and then for the second and third week I added another set which gave me 3 sets of 5 minutes at full pump. I usually followed this routine 5 to 7 days a week. Has anybody had the same problem of NO girth gain from using the Bathmate products? Does anyone have any proven suggestions for girth gain?
 
The real reasoning for this is you've got a ridiculous tunica. The tunica is the sheath basically, and yours is resilient. So with that in mind I'd say you want to put it in it's place. There are a few exercises that will weaken it and get you some expansion on their own.

Absolutely consider bundled stretches. You twist your dick around a half rotation to three rotations (think wringing out a towel) and pull straight out. These are great for length, but they'll also hit your tunica hard. There are variations you can try later, but these would be great to start with and may well be enough on their own.

Try edging with a ring. It will hit the whole area and push everything out, including your weakened tunica. Basically a half hour of watching �naked people movies� and just not finishing. 10 minutes wearing the ring, 5 minutes not. Twice. Really nothing to lose here, unless you have a moral clause against �naked people movies� built in. You should see expansion from this as well.

If you combine those things with the bathmate you should see expansion in a big way. You can retain it by wearing a loose ring and get gains solidified much faster that way. Definitely worth the effort.

Thank you for the fast reply...............As for the bundled stretches should I do them before or after a session with the Bathmate? How does edging help with girth gains?

Truthfully, you haven't done enough volume for very long. You just bumped up to three sets of 5 min, which is ok, but you need to either start jelqing of doing the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) with SSJs... If you follow that protocol and you are what you say you are in measurements, there is no reason with the extreme you can't get enough temp expansion to where your cock doesn't want to come out of the tube at the end if a session. The other thing to add is a couple of sets of clamped edging at the end of a BM session. It really helps. Maybe 2x5 min... I'd like to ask. When you pump, where you at for length in side the tube? Over 205 mm?
 
I know I haven’t had the Bathmate long, but I really figured I’d see some temporary girth gain. Coming out of the BM session in the flaccid state it looks impressive and measures at 5.5” in circumference which is about 1” larger than my normal flaccid state. However my normal erect circumference has been 5.5”. It was also recommend that I incorporate bundled stretches into my routine. To answer your question when I have the BM fully pumped I reach just past the 7” mark so I’ll say 7.2” or 183mm. I easily have another inch inside the tube for length. I was hoping to hit at least 6” or 6.25” in circumference eventually…………….. I’ll keep at it. Thank you.
 
Agree with Longth and Figi. Try the tunica stretching part and also where are you at with pressure in your BM extreme?
With my extreme x 40 i used to push maximum pressure just because, sure i got very nice results in erect length in a very short period of time. However at some point my girth took a hit because lots of fluid retention vs expansion. Have you experimented at different pressure levels yet to see where/if you have a current sweetspot expansion vs FR?

try staying in the pump for 15 min, its not going to kill you and your dick will be fat as hell afterwords
 
You got some great advice here and I hope it helps you. I want to restate that after 3 weeks most men will not see a significant gain, give yourself more time. I usually suggest one measurement per 3 months but some will measure more frequently.
 
Bacheelor - couldn't tell you what the pressure is as there is no PSI gauge. I do know that I go to the fullest pressure that I can comfortably take. I definitely feel pressure on my junk as I pass the 6" mark on the BM tube, however I take it up to the 7" mark on the tube and at that point I really feel some discomfort at the base of the unit as it is really pushing into my pelvic area. I guess I could experiment with not having so much pressure in the tube that it starts to get uncomfortable with the base of the unit and my pelvic area. Thank you-
 
Acromegaly - I have tried to increase the time of staying pumped, but anything past 10 continuous minutes at full pressure results in a puffy ring around the circumcision scar area making it look like a big fat night crawler – not wanting to see that and take a chance on my junk looking like that permanently.
I figure maybe after another month I’d try to go longer time with a full pressure as I read others are doing it but it seems like only after several months of use.

Yep try 5 - 6 minutes sets at different pressures and you will find out what suits your dick best FOR NOW. Start low and build, 150, 160, 170, 175 etc.

Yeah. It's gonna take you like 5 days a week of busting your ass in the tube to gain 0.5 inches in girth. Which is a hell of a lot of dick to be adding.... But, the good news is it can be done. The bad news is, you're probably looking at 1 hour bathmate sessions with pumping, jelq/SSJ and some form of clamping/edging/balooning to get your desired girth gains. Take it easy for the next three weeks, then start the 5x5x3 routine, or my variation of 10 min of SSJ before one long set of 20+ min in the BM OR SOME VARIATION OF MANUAL AND PUMPING WORK.

There was one bit that stuck out on my head, you pump to the point of comfort. This is great, keep doing this until you no longer see the same expansion with the same time. When there is an inverse relationship is when you can start adding more pressure, but the caveat is, you will have to go outside your comfort zone. It will probably hurt. A lot. But over time you will get better and more conditioned. I myself can pump at +205 mm for well over 20 min with little to no ill effects. Have patients young BM grasshopper. Gains will be yours- if you will them...

Don't worry. It won't. I've had an 8" donut and can get it down to 6.5" in about 15 min with lotion and a heating pad.

Talking about pressure in terms of how far your penis is In the tube. There's a relationship of how hard you pump with how far your dick goes up the tube. It's not true "pressure" but it's a good indication of many factors.

No disrespect towards Figis great tips. However before trying advanced excersizes like SSJ, clamping etc etc, don´t get me wrong they´re great using alongside BM. However as a BM extreme user myself i´d recommend you to experiment what makes your girth expand with little to none FR from ONLY using your BM extreme x30. Ex time duration several short sets?/long sets?, high/low/medium pressure? What makes YOUR dick and no one elses swell in a productive manner:O

Once you figure that out then you will get the absolute best expansion also using ssj with your BM etc. Otherwise you will not know which one is making your dick expand making it harder for your routine to be 100 % effective.

That is the right way to do it, not every man is the same so routines, tools and exercises will be different from man to men. I love the routine in the SRT thread, this brings me to the best elongation and expansion I have ever seen, but as i said many men are different and try something different if SRT does not work.
 
Bacheelor - I assume the 150, 160, 170 etc that you referring to is the measuring point in mm - correct?

That puffy ring is a sign of FR. You want that puffy ring to be as small as possible to non existent:cool:

Hey amigo, how is your pumping going / coming along?

This is me finishing off my evening session at 185 in the tube with great tissue expansion and little to none FR (Still wanting to cut down another 3 - 5 %, but it´ll do for now).
