Heey guys whatsup!

Im trying to get in a PE routine consistent, I have started with the stretches:
straight forward, right, left, up, v-stretch, between the legs behind, v-stretch. This X2 and each one gets 30 seconds, so a total of 7 minutes of stretching.
(during stretches my erection is 10-30, should it be more or is it good?)

After my stretches Im doing 5 minutes of jelqing, I don't count because it de-motivates me, however in 5minutes I would do +/- 100 Jelqs of 3 secs each.
The question here is how intense should it be done? and how much erection %?

What are signs to watch that you are doing it wrong? Because I'm aware if you dont go 100% you gaining shit, but I dont want to go overboard and lose my dick in the shower...

Any other hints/tips that I should do? Concerning devices and equipment.. currently im broke so the coming month/2months I will be doing basic PE, getting my D prepared to become a monster, and then I will be upgrading!
I want to gain length but GIRTH TIPS WOULD BE F*ING AWESOME!!!

Sounds good pretty good so far. Make sure you always heat up your penis for 5 to 10 minutes before PE.

I would suggest doing Jelqs at 70 to 80 percent grip strength at 3 to 5pm seconds per Jelq.

Make sure you look into the newbie routine. Make a educated decision on what to add or change in your routine and go from there.

Well it's hard to understand how much intensity to use as a beginner. I believe increasing the intensity of your stretch every day until you can actually feel your dick internally being stretched then you know its a good sign of stretching. If you go overboard you might just get sore thats all.

Don't bother with devices right now and focus on manuals. I've done manuals for 11 months and gained 2" in BPEL. Worry about devices later.
Your jelqing and stretching for right now is good and if you haven't seen Newbie Routine and SRT yet then check it out to get understanding of a basic routine.

I'd like to know when you started PE and how long you've done it for and if not consistently then let us know.
 
Sounds like a good starting routine to check how your penis responds. Look up PI's (Physiologic Indicators) This will tell you if you are doing wrong or right.
I would suggest you to jelq your penis in a plump state. The state when your penis is more chubby but still kinda flexible, not erect and rigid. But much bigger than your flaccid size, just before it enters erect state if you take it further.
It should expand good in this state.
Also apply 5-10minutes of warming up with a hot towel or something. I ususally sit on the toilet and let the sink faucet drain hot water, which i re-apply to the towel every now and then and put it around my penis.
The goal is to make the penis "red" and elastic. Sometimes, if my penis is easily getting in to the bigger "chubby" state in the warm up, i go with girth exercises first instead, i take advantage of it.
When you are done with your routine you should do 5-10minutes warming down aswell, and start "Edging" to cement gains and increase EQ even further.

I think this routine alone will give you some beginner EQ boost and length increasements. Keep doing this for a month and see if it yields any results, if it does, keep going until gains slow down and look up new exercises to
expand your routine so you can gain again. What i usually do after my routine is go to the computer and write everything i did down in a .txt document and count the days and off-days, to keep track off what i'm doing.
Like a log, but a personally log on my computer instead of the forum.

Hello Albert and welcome to the Brotherhood!

Your plans look ok, a bit all over the place but a definite show of willingness to do what is necessary to get where you want to be. Ky gave you some good advice and I will expand upon that. SRT is a very powerful workout and extremely organized and with perfect purpose. Things start out gentle but do not let that fool you, as time progresses the workout becomes more and more intense. The fastest gains possible are using SRT. The Newbie Routine is pretty much the same routine used for the first 3 weeks of SRT. So whether starting with the Newbie Routine or SRT, they will start the same. SRT will give you every bit of knowledge you could possibly need. It will teach you about how and why PE works, what exercises must be used and their effectiveness, tools used in conjunction with exercise to maximize gains, how to heal faster and so much more. I recommend this to everyone, even if your routine is nothing like SRT there are still extremely important practices and methodology that should be known.

@doublelongdaddy: SRT seems legit to the bone! it seems like there is entire life knowledge, but excuse me for me being a shit student :#, life problems, its soo much text, it's for me way too confusing.. I need a routine with bulletins to keep my focus (ADHD person lol)
The newbie routine seems more concrete for me, because it precisely tells what to do in steps.

So my routine now is, following newbie routine. However once in a while i got some me time, and during that time i get to a 90% erect state and jelq it firm but comfortable, its non painfull but i do feel pressure is this going to help with gaining as well?

Holding on to my routine, but during the days i do extra jelqing/stretching (whenever i have time or at the toilet like 5minutes jelqing orso) is this something that i should not do, or is it good?

The Newbie Routine is a good place to start but do not become discouraged due to SRT, ask questions, learn, study and apply as SRT is the fastest method of gaining. Even if you are not using the SRT routine it is vital to understand the methodology of it. There are so many points in SRT that apply to every man here. When the Newbie Routine can no longer bring gains, be ready to take up SRT.

I don't understand how much streching you are doing? How many sets of 7 minutes stretching are you doing each day?
If it's only 7 min of streching in one day, it's not enough.

Okey now I saw it. But is it really enough with 7 minutes per day to get any results?
Or is it more routines during the day?

7 mins of stretching daily is warmup. Nothing meaningful will come from it.
