Recently got into PE and I always would measure NBPEL (5.7") and referring to it as my true length which I never even considered measuring myself Bone pressed.
Today I measured BPEL at 6.75"!!! My big goal was atleast 6.5" but I now realize I'm already longer than that..a huge ego booster for me, especially once I hit that 8" BPEL Goal
Been using the LengthMaster doing basic stretches 3 sets of 30 seconds. Love the LengthMaster, plenty of control, quick and easy to apply and use and also being able to hang with the same tool is awesome as well.
Also for girth I would follow DLD's recommended routine where you pump for 5 min and SSJ for 5 min repeated 3 times.
Is this enough girth work?
can I do this routine daily as a beginner?
Is there anything I should add into my routine?
