DLD gave me this idea from his foot stretches using isometrics. I call it the Morning Wood Stretch. As most of us we wake up with a brick hard dick....so from there while in bed lay on your stomach and put your unit between your legs with the head pointing toward your feet. You will feel an awesome stretch so from there do a Kegel and hold for 10+ seconds and then repeat the Kegels and hold for as many times as you can. Most of the time I can get 3 or 4 sets in before I go limp. I think this exercise is going to be an add-on for Penis Enlargement! I just started doing the Morning Wood Stretch so I have no results to claim as of yet.
