I came up with this workout and I think it's really good. I'm kind of a beginner because I used to Penis Enlargement and now I'm getting back into it.
Penis Enlargement Routine
1.Basic Stretching
2. 5 minutes Bathmate stretches with warm water and head ring
3. 50 Regular Jelqs, 50 Tao Jelqs, 50 V Jelqs
4. 5 minutes of Bathmate stretches with cold water and head ring
5. 50 Regular Jelqs, 50 Tao Jelqs, 50 V Jelqs
6. 5minutes of Bathmate stretches with warm water and head ring
7. 50 Regular Jeqls, 50 Tao Jelqs, 50 V Jelqs
8. 5minutes of Bathmate stretches with cold water and head ring
9. 20 minutes of vacutech low pressure with head ring
10. Place cock ring after workout for 1 hour to reap maximum gains

12. if im going to a party and want a nice bulge and pump, i will do a Bathmate and vacutech pump session before the party.
