Howdy yall, started PE about three weeks ago with the basic stretches, basic jelqing and the Bathmate after years of lurking this forum on and off and finally deciding to create an account. I've gone through the beginners guides and the SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory guide and I still have some questions I'd like some input on. There's a ton of content on this site and it's a little overwhelming to sift through so I'm hoping your collected experience will help a fella out! My primary goals are flaccid hang, then erect girth. Any erect length gains would simply be a bonus for me.

Right now, every morning before work I'll shower then do basic manual stretches. Night time is reserved for Bathmate and then jelqs after. However, I've had to take a day off every few days from stretching because I end up with a bit of a friction type rash around the area where I hold my penis. That does go away with the cortisone cream and a rest but it makes the session uncomfortable enough I'll skip it for a day. Are there any techniques yall have that might help to avoid this situation?

With jelqs, I have to hold the base of my penis with one hand and use the other to perform the jelq, otherwise I pull up too much skin from the testicles instead of keeping solid pressure on the shaft. I also need to stop the exercise to masturbate for a bit to maintain the erection level advised. So I'm safe to assume both of these are fine, right?

And finally the Bathmate, still working the logistics out of it as far as getting the placement perfect and trying to stay in there the appropriate length of time. Some days I'm successful, some days it just makes me want to cum, and some I can't get a comfortable fit haha. I either dont get enough skin on the bottom of the shaft by my balls where it ends up getting pulled and pressed to the side of the vessel and by the time I get it positioned correctly, my erection has subsided enough I have to get back up there. I'll get used to that in time but welcome tips on how to get it placed correctly.

So long story short, looking for advice on what will improve flaccid hang and erect girth, and some tips on a routine to maximise those goals. I plan on purchasing the SiliSleeves and rings here but nothing else within the near future. Thanks for any help guys I appreciate yall!


First measurements, with a ruler and string because it's impossible to find a fabric tape measure considering everything happening in the world:
BPEL 5.5-6" depending on the day
EG 6"

I've started recently using latex gloves for my manual stretches. They apply a good grip but are more delicate. Also could try ripping off some TP and using that for a grip. Baby powder works well too. Hope this helps!

rubber gloves, latex gloves, leather gloves, golf gloves and weight training gloves are all excellent for stretching. The most powerful way to hold a stretch is with the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging, with this tool there is no slipping and you can use two hands to stretch.
 
I would like you to write your routine out a little bit more clearly so I can understand everything. But looking at it right now and bringing it bringing it into the SRT methodology I do have some tips on how your training.

With your pump use the 5×5×3 found in SRT. There is no other routine that brings the expansion that this routine brings. It’s very safe, effective and the post temporary gains are insane.

I would like you to give me a more organized list of what you’re doing so I can come in and advocate and make changes or additions for you. Once you do that I can help you organize this routine into something that will be in alignment with SRT.
