Wow, it's been a long time since I've been here. I think I tried
SRT but I didn't stick with it long enough (did it for about 1-2 weeks). I'm pretty big already because I did PE when I was 17 back on the Cheeky Cherry forum over a decade ago. But I'd still like to gain an inch in girth and 1-2 more inches in length.
Any good exercises you guys would recommend
