Hi. I´ve been doing PE actively every day since mid January now and I figure its time for me to post my routine and get some opinions on it to see if I´m doing what I should. Starting measurments are BPEL: 7" BPFL: 7.79" MEG: 5.3. Goal is BPEL:8.5" MEG: 6"
I still get red dots from ssj so I only do one set and try to condition myself for more. I dont like normal jelqs because they pull on my skin and I already got turkey neck which I really want to fix (tips on that are very welcome).
So is there anything I should do different?
- Towel raises
- 10 min bundled stretches
- 20-30 min basic stretches
- 2-5 hours phallosan on the days when I can. At least 4 days a week.
- Superset:
One set SSJ (working on increasing the sets)
3 min x40
one set of ssj (working on increasing the sets)
