Hey DLD,
I've gained 0.2 inches at exactly 30 days with the DLD's
newbie routine. I'm very happy with it. I even went on vacation and had rest for 11 days... This means my routine is very effective. I use bundled tunica stretches for pre tunica work 5x1 minute left and right. Then i start with the
newbie routine.
I have an infra red heating pad for quick warming ups and i keep my tunica warmed up through all sets. I'm now at my 44th day and i had some days off here and there and my schedule is 5 days on - 2 days off (weekends). I can't wait to see more gains!!!
I'm wondering at what point i should introduce the
LengthMaster... Is it better to exhaust the
newbie routine by training untill no more gains are achieved? Because i've heard somewhere that it's better to do manual work first en when you're totally conditioned you can use a
power assist or a
LengthMaster?
I can't wait to buy the
lengthmaster !! That would speed up my gains tremendously i think...
