this is ganna be my PE log. I’ve been into PE for two months now. I’ve been pretty consistent up until recently but that was because of an injury. This is for me to stay motivated and Log my progress as I’m super determined to grow. Also this gives DLD a break because I know he’s going through some stuff so I’m not bugging him with emails lol.
where I started- Im not exactly sure where I started tbh. I had a bad experience that fucked me up mentally and was embarrassed to measure tbh. I know when I was younger I measured at 6” right on the dot BPEL. But I had some health issues where I wasn’t using my penis very much and am pretty sure it shrunk a tad so I’d guess I started at 5.8-6”
The first month I did just phallosan forte.I gained a little and got to about 6.25” then from there I found this sight and DLD( I don’t know how to tag people). I started a routine and after a few weeks I was at 6.4”! I was so excited and motivated that I think I pushed a little too hard. I got a bathmate and started doing the length stretch routine which would take an hour, bathmate Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) and then use my PF ADS for 8-10 hours a day on top of that.
Around a week after bathmate everyday I started to get this thing where my penis would kind of stay hard when soft and wouldn’t stretch for shit anymore. I think it was from the bathmate I think I just had too much pressure and wasn’t jelquing in between. Also just from lack of rest and all the training. I tried pushing through but realzied I was only digging myself deeper. I took all last week off and found some things online that have helped me get rid of my problem and am about 80-90% better! Maybe I should rest more but I’m easing slowly back into it and being a lot more careful. I know DLD says that he would trading 7 days a week constantly but I think I’m someone who needs rest
so I wore my phallosan for a few hours over the weekend with no problems, took Sunday off and today did my stretch routine but with only 2 sets instead of 3. Then wore my ADD for about 4 hours. My penis is still not stretching to where it was. I used to get it to 6.6” now it only goes to 6.25” but will get it back. I also think my BPFL is down to 6.25-6.3”. Not ganna bathmate or work girth for a bit. Plan is to get to 7” first. Also using a heating pad a lot to keep things loose and increase blood flow for recovery. I also where only boxers now so that my fella can hang and isn’t restricted which I think is huge.
