This is my 2nd week in Penis Enlargement exercises and i want you people to ask you a feew questions and to give some of your opinions.My Penis Enlargement work out looks like this:I do warm up for 4-5 minutes then i begin my streching session.I strech in each direction(in front,down,left,up,right) for 4 minutes.Thats make a 20 minutes or so of strechings then i begin with my jelqings.I jelq for 20 minutes,my first week a ihave jelq'd for 15 minutes but now i have rised to 20 min/session.Im not overdoing it,right?At the end of the work out i take a pill of oil based vitamin e and with that oil i rub and masage my penis then i make another warm up.For the warmings i use a wet towel that i put it on the microwave for 50 seconds,i wait to cool down a little and then i put it aroung my penis for anoter 4-5 minutes.I do these work out for 5 day/week.Can someone give me a good grab tehnique for the strechings?My hand sweat almost all day long and my fingers slip on my penis when i strech,thatswhy i use a hanky and with that in my hand i grab the penis but even with that i must do a big pressure on my head of my penis and after the strechingsi get a litte violet areas on the had of my penis.What to do?Anyone have an idea?Ok anoter qusetion now.After evry work out my penis shrinks a little more than normal and i feel it witout power but that just for a feew hour.Is this normal?What to expect in the first month of Penis Enlargement?when i look in the mirror i allready see that my penis looks a little more tonified.In the timeof the day i do about 4-5 hundreeds of keegels in total.Whats your tehnique to control arousal and ejaculation with PC squeezes.I would like to begin to exarcise this tehniques too.What was you first enlrargement gains in the first months?I thank you all for the reply's in advance good people.
