I am desperate to gain some girth, I dont know but I feel like Im not gaining anymore at this point, currently I am doing slow squash relogiously, should I add one more or two exercises or what, Im confused..
 
I've had great success with cock ring edging sets of 10 minutes. I do a few jelqs between sets just because and run that up to 6 times in a night. The pump is phenomenal and I did pull off an inch of girth in two months pairing that with my own variation of SRT.

Also new, but a long time pe fan, trying out a new goal.
 
Just tried to post this, but edging with a cock ring in ten minute intervals and bathmate have worked very well for me.

New here, not new at all to pe
 
Ok thanks guys for replies, I think it is time to back on what I call modified jelqing, standard ok grip at the base one hand, with other hand i do jelq while first hand is at the base all of the time, i think there is a name for that?
 
manual best i feel is my version of slamer or do regualr slammer or mini slammers if you wanna do mine do slammer with horse squeeze to ssj to compression isolation

The right pumping pressure combined with SSJ will give you all the needed girth gains.
