I just bought a MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System a week ago (2 inch cylinder and 2.25 inch cylinder). I also bought the duro sleeves(good investment)
I’ve used a bathmate (all their models) for 8 years and taking the jump to MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System is a major difference The dimensions are helping me isolate different areas of my dick that I wasn’t getting before with bathmate.
Currently, I’m 6.5 inches in length erect, 4.5 inches flaccid and my birth is around 5.25 inches erect. (8 years ago I was 5 inches erect and 2.5 inches flaccid/ skinnier girth 4.6 inches)
But right now I want to know the BEST routine or workout for Length using the PUMP only.
So far I’ve been using both cylinders for a week. What I’ve noticed is that I gain more length once I fill the smaller cylinder and then focus on stretching length after (since I can’t expand wider it expands more forward).
I just experimented with filling the smaller cylinder first and then switching to the larger cylinder and yesterday I got up to 7.75 inches. (But this I believe is because the pump is getting into
I don’t use More than 7 in. hG (I’m an advanced pumper) but I don’t want to damage anything by going higher etc. I tend to do about 2- 15 minute sessions. Sometimes a little longer but at lower pressure.
I also spin and twist the cylinder to get more length*** and tilt it up to get around the base.
I normally pump sitting down.
I am also not that FAT lol just an FYI. I’m 5’10 and 165 pounds and 13% body fat. So I would say when measuring after that 7.75 inches I reach in the pump it is really like 6.75 inches (nbp)
so yeah..... if anyone has any cool recommendations for workouts for length they do please let me know. And Please don’t link out to another thread with 20+ Or 99 pages lol. That’s way too much to read. Let’s keep it simple and easy to read =]
