Hello guys.
I found this, called loss of Tug...
Some of you maybe know, some of you maybe don't.
So what is it?
You grip your penis like for stretching, and you stretch it at 12:00, 9:00 and 6:00 o'clock and do a keggel. When you dont feel the tug back, that is your LOT. So, if you want results you must train against the tug.
For 6:00, best exercise is straight out and straight up.
For 9:00 or higher, straight out and straight down.
My question here is, maybe DLD or other experienced members know, do this is fake or it is real and should stick to it?
