Yes, you can. 120 short bursts 1-second kegels. 60 long hold 5-second kegels. Otherwise, your body already performs kegels by instinct. No need for more.
However, we do have brothers that need kegels to improve a certain penile issues, such as bad blood flows, improve of blood flows to overcome a barrier of PE plateaus, or, unique cases of ED. If you are healthy, don't go there beside the standard amount during the PE sessions.
