I've been talking to random people and looking around on the web and I've found millions of articles that conflict each other and really dont make that much sense when you put 2 and 2 together. It equals 9 or 10 not 4. I want to clear up my questions so I'm asking people who have made gains off alot of jelging a couple questions.

1. Its possible to overhand ok grip and also do a palms up ok grip. Which one is best suited for expansion and fluid movement, and why?

2. Do you use a one handed stroke and allow your penis to fall/slump after every milking action or do you use two hands and keep one gripped up top at all times and one gripped at the bottom to milk more blood upwards and why?

3. How fast do you do your jelging, and is there a difference in safety, areas targeted, or growth based on how fast each jelg is? IE: Some people do 1 second Jelgs, some people do 2 second Jelgs.

4. I've looked at a couple studies, a couple testimonials, all that jazz. Watched peoples logs. Heres what I've come up with for erection strength. It is best to begin flaccid and by 100-200 reps your penis will fill itself in and you will get to 40-70% erect based on how your feeling that day arousal wise. Its best to do these with a medium to tight grip. What are you feelings on that, when did you notice a comfortable feel but still good gains, and how long were you Penis Enlargementing at the time?

5. The pros and cons of Dry Jelging and Wet Jelging. Turkey Neck, skin expansion, Stretch Marks, Girth concentration, Length concentration? Things like that.


I want to know your personal story of what you think of the most basic Penis Enlargement exercise available of all time, the Jelg. If you answer I would appreciate the rest of the routine you used while you were jelging so I can take a look at it.

Everyone who has made gains of over a half inch on MOS, let alone any other site, has usually incorporated a steady but intense Jelg workout based on how conditioned they are into their routine.

Even older studies show that the Jelg alone can increase both Length and Girth. I did alot of Jelging when I first started for 2-3 weeks and noticed some gains that have stuck with me, now I do alot of Pumping and I've neglected manual work and jelging and I notice alot of TEMPORARY gains for the last 2 months that will go away within 1-2 hours. I'm getting back on track with my Jelgs of 600+ a day, just figuring out how different people do them and what they've noticed so I know I'm getting the best out of the exercise. Lets put all the information and opinions in one thread for this exercise. Namely because I did searches on MOS and google and I didn't really find that many clear cut answers for my questions. One thing said this, one thing said another, this guy found this, but that guy gained from this and claimed that was nonsense. None of the testimonials or websites returned Emails or Private Messages I sent to members on boards so yea...Back to square one.

Besides, if a new person shows up and wonders 'What can I immediately do to help my boner get harder and give me some growth' voila. The Jelg.
 
I was typing a bit too fast and didn't really proofread. I've been pumping for 1 month and seen temporary gains, as they should be. Not 2 months. Its effective for some time but its also a hassle at times and it takes alot away from manual work because your penis feels like a piece of hard rubber 24/7, but not really erect. Anyone else who uses the Bathmate would notice that it does have a considerable recovery time before solid manual work can be done. I do believe if I stick with it for another 1-2 months I'll start seeing a 1/4th gain or so in length and girth together but I'd rather save that for later down the road when gains are harder to come by and not cramp my manuals style like I've been doing when I started before I went lazy Pumping crazy.

I will help with some info I found and hopefully someone can get your questions and answer them specifically from experience. I do fast jelqs at 100% erect! By fast I mean, 1 second or less per stroke!! I do 1200 jelqs per day and 7 times a week!! The jelqs are palms up and keep one hand squeezing at all times. I never allow my dick to fall/slump. In addition I do a hour of stretching per day and when I'm doing my girth work I do 2 50-second horse squeezes and 100 DLD double force jelqs!! I've gained a inch and half of length and a inch and a eighth of girth on this routine! I do believe that you are on to something!! All the LM, Bathmate, and SG in the world can't do what a manual work out can. Jelqing, I believe, is THE most fundamental exercise in Penis Enlargement! Whether the stories about it bein developed be Arabs and passed down from father to son are true or not, there is no doubting the gains both in girth AND length from jelqing!
 
Lots of questions and I understand why the confusion with so many accounts across cyberspace on Jelqing. Let me try and answer you with my own knowledge based mostly upon real experiences myself.

1. Its possible to overhand ok grip and also do a palms up ok grip. Which one is best suited for expansion and fluid movement, and why?

Its possible to do both and I do both but mostly overhand with underhand mixed in. For me the underhand is best done when sat down and jelqing the penis towards your belly button, so towards you. Other directions with that grip its harder for me. Overhand seems to have been the golden standard as its natural way to grip.

Both work the same I think for movement of blood in the penis unless you have stronger grip at varying angles in your position to the grip it shouldn't make much difference at all if you use Overhand or Underhand.

Another method I also use from time to time and occasionally dubbed the Lateral Jelq is the A-Okay sign of the hand instead of grasping the sides of the penis in the typical fashion of underhand or overhand, instead grasps the TOP and BOTTOM of the penis. The thumb grasps the top and the finger at the bottom.

This seems to work width well with that variation Jelq.

I have used both but tend to know stick with a slower fuller one handed stroke which than leads to the next hand following off where that left. I also do faster two handed movements. All my jelqing is done clamped, so a clamp attached at the base of the penis which removes the need for me to grip at the base to milk more blood in but in the past I have done this and the reasons were it engorged the penis more for better expansion.

Various speeds during the session from fast (1-2 seconds) to slower (4-6 seconds) I mix them up from base to underneath the glans. I don't think growth is based on how fast a jelq is but from my experiences the slower ones tend to expand the penis more, especially the head. Faster ones are good to flush the penis with fresh new blood if you like and get the circulation cooking. Also 1 second and 2 seconds aint that different, its more when you use 1 second VS 5 seconds that you notice the difference.

Think of this as an analogy with lets say Super-slow training in weight lifting. When thats applied to the biceps its done much slower than conventional gym rat movements where the arm is up and down in seconds, yet both are still doing the exact same thing albeit the slower movement is more intense but the faster one flushes more blood into the muscle with the speed needing the circulataroty system to rid the waste materials faster.

I started doing jelqs at about semi-erection for a set amount of reps from 100 working up into 1000's daily in the session. Essentially conditioning the penis for more. I found a tight grip is best, otherwise your working with light intensity. I now see no point in counting reps as I jelq but instead TIME is better ... just set a time for example 15 minutes and do what you can in that time. You focus on the task at hand instead of counting reps and since me doing that over the years its much more productive.

Dry jelqing is quicker to perform as no lube is needed but if done wrong can get skin burns. Wet jelqs for me are more pleasurable but need lube. Turkey neck is obviously not something aesthetically pleasing along with skin expansion and stretch marks but these can be lessened with better technique and creams.

Girth concentration needs to be uniform across the board and not with one end being thicker than the other aka baseball bat dick. Thats because more pressure has been used in one area than the rest. Length can be more to one side due to stressing one side over another.

Something to bare in mind is that everyone will have or find different techniques, twists to exercise that work better for them and that doesnt mean its for everyone else or not for everyone else but you need to keep an open mind because its not all black and white. You wont ever find an exact perfect 101 guide to jelqing that will fall in love with Everyman, sure you can get close to a standard jelq routine and one of those I have made but as the person makes progress and gains experience they adapt personal types and incorporate these such as longer holds, faster strokes, varying angles of strokes, stretching as they jelq etc etc.

Jelqing I have found is VERY personal, much more personal than other portions of penis enlargement and for me the backbone of penis enlargement exercise as it is the FOUNDATION to what nearly all exercise has been adapted from, more so girthwork.

Jelqing can be made to suit YOU the user however you like. You can do it flaccid, semi erect or fully erect but the flaccid guys are going to see more flaccid gains than erect ones, still gains are seen. From past experiences on boards over the years I note that guys who do it more below semi erection and flaccid glimse length gains more than girth and as they hit more a full erection its girth gains they see more.

Another beauty of Jelqing is its used to either make or 'break' a curve in the penis. Guys who have curves use it to correct that and those who want one use it for the creation of such. The Jelq is AMAZING for penile health, it is fabulous for it and I see the Jelq as a cardiovascular workout for the penis ... erections are stronger, orgasms become more intense and you can even become advanced and Jelq behind the balls to work that area as well.

Anyone else? Mainly wondering about the pros and cons of clamping your hand off at the end of the jelg and waiting for the second hand to advance a little before releasing. I'm noticing better expansion in the shaft almost like a small horse squeeze but wondering if this is popular or not?

Hopefully more will chime in but allow me to respond to this while I'm here :)

Doing this variation with the hand at the base acting as a clamp if you like and than waiting for the second hand as it advances more before the release works really well. Builds more internal intensity inside the penis which gives more expansion which equals more blood and more blood is heightening the bar so to speak and feeding the jelq with extra fuel (blood) which always translates into a better session.

Other pro's are it will increase the vascular look to the penis, again from the increased blood flow and internal pressure. Cons, well chances of red spots and bruises are higher than not holding off at the base. The Pro's to me outweigh by far the Con's on this one.

I would suggest performing Horse Squeezes instead of holding off like this with the jelq if extra expansion is what you want because of how effective the horses are, they can provide much more intensity than holding off jelqs can and you can adjust to anywhere on the penis you desire the growth at.
