I have been in MoS for a couple months and know of some various techniques but i'm quite overwhelmed with where to start and now ready to really dedicate myself to improvement. Ideally I would like a routine that i can do almost daily for 10-15 minutes in the shower and then some at night before bed. My starting point is 6in BPEL and i'm snug in a toilet paper roll. I have roommates in a pretty small house so I would like a very straight forward and easy routine to get me to 8x6 without taking up a lot of time.
