Have you used the Silisleev? do they work? If yes, which one do you recommend I buy?IMG_8372.png

They work very well especially for night time during R&R, or daytime after a fast morning session and need extension/anti-turtling all day. It's depending what you're pursuing, daytime vs night time, newbie vs well verse in PE, small vs large, wrapping onto of sleeve, glans base added support vs not, circumcised vs uncircumcised. It goes on and on and on with tons of options.

But, rule of thumb using sleeves:

Post pumping anti-turtling, use soft sleeves. If you use thick sleeve, it will choke the living daylight out of your pumped penis. Soft sleeves allow your penis to be comfortable, provide very low passive traction to keep your penis flaccid and elongated longer while healing, and also provide light compression to get rid of any swelling.

Lengthening, you can use both soft sleeve or hard sleeve. Thick sleeves meant to hold the penis in its elongated form as a passive traction device compared to the lower traction force for the softer sleeve. However, the harder the sleeve, the harder to put it on. The traction force of the thicker sleeve rivals that of the traction devices like the Size genetic and JES extender. But once again, be warned, if you get the wrong size, it will choke the life out of your penis. Measure it properly, and get one that will allow you to also grow into. If your penis girth is measured at 10cm, get one that is is 1cm larger. Other brothers may say even slightly larger. For softer version, just 0.25cm larger is more than enough as it does stretch outwards.

For uncircumcised penis, you definitely need a bit of a rig to prevent the foreskin from retracting and slipping into the sleeve. It happens to me very often. I cut a little portion of a softer penis sleeve, place it at the base of the glans, roll over the looser thicker version of the DuroSleeve, and there's no absolutely sliding into the sleeve. Durosleeve, and a huge warning, can be as aggressive in traction force as the traction device for shorter penis. Man, I thought my penis was going to be stretched like a freaking taffy on the first night using it. It's not for the faint of heart. SiliSleeves may be the ones for you instead.
