rocky1243;708495 said:No that sounds about right, thats the reason why I switched to hanging and occasionally do manuals which might not be the most efficient strategy. Probably a good manual foundation supplemented with hanging is a better gameplan but I don't think I can keep up with that right now. If you keep that up you will see great results soon, don't forget to wrap after your stretching!

You need to have a grip in order to pull. Forearms mainly utilize gripping unless you're doing wrist curls, you pull mainly with your back, traps, lats, biceps. Without a strong stable grip, you're not giong to pull worth anything,kyomoto;708702 said:I know it doesn't take much to grip bro its the pulling action not the gripping action. Don't use your forearms to pull unless you want to work them out. Use leverage. When you pull to the left and right you can kinda grip your wrist with your thigh and push with your thigh towards the wrist to get the extra stretch and not use so much forearm.
Threak-X;708731 said:Most of you grip power is in your fingers, middle, ring and pinky. Not your index and fore finger. Try it and you'll notice the difference...
