I've only got 12 or so ( I counted the good workouts) sessions with the
LM (the last 2 weeks). Took me a while to get my wrapping down, plus, just plain not using it! Haven't had any erect gains yet, but my flaccid hang is a bit longer, some days, up to a half inch, but I'd say 1/4 inch gain in flaccid hang.
I've just been using the newbie stretching routine. For the straight out/down to left and right, I've been twisting the
LM so I can get out to the side easier. Not sure if this is good ot not, but I still feel the stretch, so that's what counts. For the straight up, I use the handles as an anchor on my upper thigh and just pull!!!! I just started doing the rotaries the last couple of days. these are a bit harder with the
LM on. Sometimes it can hurt in the area where the
LM is clamped.
I just haven't figured out the behind the cheek stretches though. May have to do them manually. I do get one hell of a stretch in the down position though.
Depending how I feel after the
newbie routine, once in a while I'll do a full twist, one complete rotation of the
LM and just start bending the shaft,hold for a bout 30 seconds. Just bend until I can't anymore. Feels pretty good at the end of a good stretching. Then, rotate the other way.
I can tell you one thing though...I have never gotten a better stretch from any manual work. I have a problem with sweaty hands, and baby powder just did not cut it. The
LM was my saving grace for length work...that is until DLD came out with the
Bathmate Stretches(these are real intense!). I'm trying to work these into my routine as well. Once I get everything set up, I'm going to start a progress thread. That should keep me even more motivated.
