So first, let me say this is not to challenge or doubt anything I have read here on the sight, I’m just wanting to understand.
I have read where some say they do PE 7 days a week, some say you must have rest days. I totally get the penis is not a muscle and there for may not react the same, but if I worked my chest every day I would get strong but I would never build any size. So if I’m doing SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory in the AM and doing Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) in the PM then doing 2 hours of just constant light stretching in the evening before bed and I do this 7 days a week, when is the repair happening. I do try to be wrapped extended through out the day.

I would just hate to wait for 6 months only to find out that I’m not making gains.
by the way flaccid gains are undeniable, and the temp girth gains are there as well….just not wanting to spin my wheels….thanks for the reply’s.

For me 2 days stretching and 1 day rest is optimal for fast gains. In the beginning I did 1 hour stretching 6 days per week. You need to find what works best for you.

Remove the correlation to training muscles...this is a completely new world.

You can never do light stretching. You need to stretch hard and increase the intensity as you progress, if you want to gain any substantial amount of length.

I don't believe you can stretch 7 days a week (it can be done, but why not make it more effective?) constantly if you stretch with hard intensity, especially if you use LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging. One day can be enough to heal up (often the skin on your penis). When you stretch and keep your penis elongated you will promote cell division (mitosis). This is how you grow.

If you don't gain you are doing something wrong.
 
I do have a LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging 3 and that’s what I use for SRT. The other product I have that I’m referring to as light stretching, it’s just a competitors product so I didn’t mention them by name. But it basically just uses as an elastic band and I’m gonna put it on the scale and see how much weight it’s actually pulling.

The LENGTHMASTER 3 can provide with all the gains you want (length gains), with diffrent kinds of ways to stay elongated throughout the day.
 
My job does not allow me to do much work during the day. That’s why I use that stretcher at night under my clothes on the DL.

I’m currently using a bath mate but just get that done when I can probably 3 to 4 times a week it’s not as consistent as the stretching.
 
Are you using the 5x5x3 pump workout?

Sounds to me like you’re on the way to making some gains, as you said you’ve already mentioned the improved flaccid hang. Which is a very good sign.
