So I've recently started coming close to packing the tube. As I'm sure a lot of it is fluid retention, I decided to try doing my exercises with a silisleeve. As advertised, fluid retention went down but the OD of the sleeve is grazing the wall.

So I guess my question is, has anyone gotten stuck while using a silisleeve? Were you able to pull out safely..... ?? Maybe try lube before putting the sleeve on as a safety precaution. Just thinking out.

A bit of lube on the sleeve will help this but if you already packing your cylinder I suggest you go with a bigger pump. You can custom order your tubes through us when you buy a MityVac - Wet and Dry Penis Vacuum Pump System. But I would keep the other two were doing length work.

I was actually looking at the Mityvac this morning before work. I'm not quite there yet but probably within another month or 2. Can you do hardcore stretches with Mityvac?

Speaking of this also, at max vacuum I'm about a 1/4" into the frosty. It's definitely going to be time for an upgrade to something soon. Gotta get all the research.

Indeed you can and much better than a bathmate. The intensity is so much stronger and the beautiful thing they can be used with water or without.

Well you’ll have to make a decision here on which way you want to go but let me know if I can help in anyway.

Oh hell yeah. That's probably the way I'm leaning towards. Got a little time to think on it.

You definitely want to get yourself a MitySleve and this image shows you how well the Mityvac works for hard-core stretching.

Yeah definitely. I've slowly began to fall in love with these stretches. This is going to be a needed purchase in the near future. Thanks a lot for the help in deciding.

I always lubricate the silisleeve more then generously before entering a tube, which always ensures a good movement with the vacuum, no problems at all.

I recommend the MityVac pump, and if you can afford a little more, purchase the provac thick wall cylinders.

That is probably what I'll do. Thicker wall, more contact area, better/more comfortable seal? Plus it's longer right? Is there a kit I can choose a thick wall cylinder with everything else?

Yeah it is 1" longer, and from what I know, you cant choose the thick wall cylinder with everything in from the shop, however, @Lightning may be able to setup something for you.

Great choice!
