Newbies and the routines we follow im included here even when i have been exerciding for years i learn new stuff everyday.but can be benefitial and harmless if a newbie starts whit an advanced exercise like a ssj can he get gains.I think they will, can they make important gains?
Maybe they would get gains but are they gonna keep them for the rest of their lives? I dont think
so.maybe a senseless thread because in PE the SRT is basically a good way to start, i think that routine is quite "revolutionary"because we can get gains in a shorter period of time.DLD the Nicola Tesla of fucking PE hahaha
