after i jelq i dont get any expansion like you guys describe. i might be doing it wrong, heres how i do it

1.i use an ok grip with my thumb on the base and my index finger on the underside next to the ballsack.
2.i press my thumb against the shaft on the bottom and move the blood up until im near the glans

heres the problem if i grip it harder my penis will shrivel up but if i do it light it stays semi erect but i dont know if its effective, but when im done with the session i dont see any expansion on the head or the shaft.

but i do get alot of semi boners like hours after the session.
critique me guys.
 
I do suggest you to have your penis hard, you should stimulate your penis a lil in order to obtain a good erection maybe 85-90% erect,and you can start fromm there maybe you can start whit 300 jelqs per session and increase until 600 or even more,the way you are gripping your penis is correct, use your mind to increase your erctions,maybe some erotic images could help you out,but dont masturbate until you have finished your session;)after a couple of weeks you gonna see some real changes girth,bigger glans, even lenght..

Try doing a quick kegel in between jelqs to keep it above 80% erection.

How erect are you for your jelqing session?

anywhere from 50 to 85 % but usually hover around 60 to 70 %, i feel like im pushing blood up at first but as my stroke is nearing the glans the blood just slips back down. lets just say the blood seems to never make it through the entire shaft maybe a little more than half way.
 
I know what you are saying, after i get halfway up it feels like a lot of it 'drains' back behind your grip. Try this, it works for me, as you reach the quarter to halfway mark of your jelq, lightly, and i mean lightly, form another ok grip at the base to keep yourself engorged through the whole stroke. The idea is not to fully clamp off at the base but to put enough pressure to hold enough blood in there to keep you engorged.

Excellent advice! I would also try to jelq at between 90-100% erect. Use your kegel for each stroke to force more blood in the penis also.
 
i never jelqed less the 90%. just don;t get the same expansion. but i've never been a big fan of jelqs b/c i have always used tools
 
Jelqs are awesome exercise, and I read somewhere that jelqs are some sort of cardio in Penis Enlargement, do as many reps as you can, many guys gained good size just from jelqs, when I was at my begining, 500 jelqs per session was my lowest limit, sometimes I went to 700-900 per session and I gained a lot from it, try and make sure you have your penis lubed enough and when you done with routine, sit realx and put kegels on work with 5 seconds hold and 2 seconds release, do 50 of these and after those 50 kegels, hold one strong kegel for a minute, if you feel your PC muscle tired during that period squeeze more harder until minute expires, after that your PC muscle will screaming and that is a good sign, don't forget to work your kegels daily, because they are vital and from my way of thinking most important thing in entire Penis Enlargement programme, because they forcing blood into penis, stronger PC muscle - stronger erections - bigger penis.

Same here, I am at 90% during the session, I start out at 100% but it naturally subsides to about 90% to accommodate the stretching and expansion. Jelqing at too low of an erection level will do little to cause expansion. If you get a typical 20% expansion with a session and you are training at 70% you are not even getting to your maximum size. It is far better to train at 90% with that same 20% expansion and you will be at 10% larger than you maximum size.
